SHIPPING & RETURNS

We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price and information are shown. We reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item or to correct the mistake.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If approved, a return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned.  This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.

For most defective merchandise exchanges, we will provide a call tag. This is at our discretion.

For standard returns, buyer must pay all return shipping and insurance fees.

Most items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders which received free shipping will have the actual shipping charges (including insurance charges) deducted from the total refunded amount.

Any order refused by the customer after the product has been shipped is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their delivery address.

CHP Inc.-Heat Division offers no refunds on any repair or replacement parts that have been opened, installed or used by the end user or any contracted individual. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any parts purchased are the correct parts needed for the repair and the completion of the service work that is being performed by the customer or any contracted company or individual installing the purchased parts.

 

No returns will be accepted on any order after 10 days from the date of delivery.

 

Any item received damaged or with parts missing must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

 

 

Shipping Policy

* We reserve the right to limit quantities on any orders.
* All orders are subject to approval prior to shipment.
* Once an order ships, it cannot be cancelled.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Shipping to the United States and Canada only.

Indoor kerosene heaters, parts, and accessories are prohibited for sale in the state of Massachusetts and cannot be shipped to that state.

If an incorrect address is provided and an item is returned, you will be charged any extra fees accumulated to have the item re-shipped.

Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. These items will usually be marked.

In-stock items purchased Monday-Friday by 11:00am EST will usually ship the same business day. Additional handling time may be required for orders during peak order times.

Orders purchased on weekends, holidays, or after 11:00am EST will usually ship the next business day.

Back ordered or special ordered items will be shipped as soon as available. Such items will typically have an estimated time shown on the product details page.

You will always receive an email from us when your purchase ships - with tracking information!
