We do our best to make sure the correct photo, price and information are shown. We reserve the right to charge the correct price, to ship the correct item or to correct the mistake.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 10 days of delivery.
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an unopened/unused item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If approved, a return authorization number (RA#) will be assigned. This number must be clearly marked on the outside of the returned package.
For most defective merchandise exchanges within the warranty period, we will provide a call tag. This is at our discretion.
For standard returns, buyer must pay all return shipping and insurance fees.
Most items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Orders which received free shipping will have the actual shipping charges (including insurance charges) deducted from the total refunded amount.
Any order refused by the customer after the product has been shipped is subject to a 20% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from their delivery address.
CHP Inc.-Heat Division offers no refunds on any repair or replacement parts that have been opened, installed or used by the end user or any contracted individual. Heaters and grills that have been installed or used by the end user or any contracted individual are also not eligible for a refund.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any parts purchased are the correct parts needed for the repair and the completion of the service work that is being performed by the customer or any contracted company or individual installing the purchased parts. It is also the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any heater or grill purchased is the correct size/model type needed and that all state and local codes are being followed.
No returns (except product warranty considerations) will be accepted on any order after 10 days from the date of delivery.
Items that have been shipped by freight carrier are not eligible for return. Items that ship freight will be marked in the product's description.
If there is a mechanical issue with your freight item, please use our Contact Us page to write to us or call our technical services department so we can troubleshoot the situation and provide assistance. If repair/replacement parts are needed, they may be sent out to you under the product's warranty guidelines.
When your freight item arrives, please take the following steps:
• Inspect the box/packaging for damages.
• Open the box to make sure the item's product name and model number matches up with your order confirmation.
• Upon removal of all packaging, inspect the item. If your item arrived damaged, do not accept delivery: make note of the damage, alert your delivery representatives and contact us immediately so we can provide you with further instructions.
Any item received damaged or with parts missing must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. If missing parts or damage is not reported within the 48 hours, we will be unable to send out repair or replacement parts or missing items on the order.
